Description

Common Name: Pothos Marble Queen
Scientific Name: Epipremnum aureum ‘Marble Queen’

Light:
Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. Can tolerate medium to low light, but growth will slow and variegation may become greener. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch leaves.

Water:
Allow the top 2–3 cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly, then ensure excess drains away. More tolerant of underwatering than overwatering.

Humidity:
Adapts well to average indoor humidity. Performs better in moderate to high humidity but does not require it.

Temperature:
Ideal temperature range is 18–30°C. Protect from cold drafts and avoid temperatures below 15°C.

Soil:
Use a well-draining indoor potting mix with added perlite or bark for aeration. Good drainage is essential to prevent root rot.

Fertilizer:
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a diluted, balanced liquid fertilizer. Reduce feeding in winter.

Pruning:
Prune regularly to encourage bushier growth and control trailing length. Cutting back leggy vines promotes fuller plants.

Toxicity:
Toxic if ingested to pets and humans. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
